Spacious room on the 9th floor with a fabulous panoramic view and a nice pool deck. The location was spot on for the beach!

The housekeeping could use a little more scrubbing; I’d rather not discover the past guests’ snacks in the corners!

The access to the beach and boardwalk is excellent, and the studio had a breathtaking ocean view that made our stay memorable. However, my experience was marred by an embarrassing encounter with the pool staff, who aggressively confronted me without proper identification, which felt unwarranted. Additionally, a surprise cleaning fee of $250 for a supposedly dirty tub, combined with the lack of basic cleaning supplies during our seven-night stay, cast a shadow on what could have been a wonderful trip.

The pool area had a great view, perfect for relaxing. Room smelled musty and needed updating. Plenty of games in the game room to keep busy.

i had a great time at the boardwalk resort. the location was perfect for everything in atlantic city and the room was spacious with a kitchenette, which was super convenient. the staff were friendly and even waived my late check-out fee, making my experience even better.

The location of Boardwalk Resorts At Atlantic Palace is fantastic. I loved being right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. The room view was spectacular, and the kitchenette really made things convenient. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which added a nice touch to my stay. However, the elevator issues were frustrating. One elevator was out of order, causing delays and crowded spaces. The furniture in the room felt outdated and could use an upgrade. The shower had low pressure and was quite cramped, making it uncomfortable. These issues affected the overall comfort of my stay, even though I had a good time overall.

The room was clean, but I found a huge toenail on the floor.

A relaxing beach escape

The day started with breakfast overlooking the ocean view. The whirlpool bathtub added a special touch to our evenings, making it a relaxing stay overall.

Waiting for the overloaded elevators was frustrating, especially with young kids. The dated furniture definitely needs replacing. it felt a bit neglected.

The studio had an amazing view, was spacious, and featured a jacuzzi tub that was just perfect for relaxation. The pool deck was surprisingly large for a quick dip after a day at the beach.

They were dismissive and unhelpful during my stay. I slipped on the floor in the lobby, and no one even checked to see if I was okay. The room wasn’t ready on time, leading to more frustration as I had to wait with my kids. It was clear they had no concern for hotel guests over their timeshare sales.

The elevators operate poorly, with slow journeys and one frequently out of service!!! The outdated decor and furniture leave much to be desired, and the parking garage design needs a serious rethink to accommodate larger vehicles comfortably.

Request a room with a jacuzzi for relaxation after activities. It made the stay more enjoyable.

After a day spent exploring the attractions of Boardwalk, we enjoyed the stunning beach view from our room. The kids loved building sandcastles right outside, and the proximity to Central Pier Arcade kept them entertained with games and rides. That made our stay truly memorable!

My children wanted a cleaner experience. Adding a family-friendly ice machine would improve convenience for families with children.
